Why does the heated scarf automatically shut down after one hour of use?

To promote self-reliance, our heated scarf is designed to automatically turn off after 60 minutes of usage. If you wish to use it again, simply long press the control switch for 3 seconds to turn it back on.

How do I use the heated scarf?

To use the heated scarf, first connect it to the power bank, then long press the control switch for 3 seconds to activate the heat.

How long does it take to fully charge the power bank?

Using a 5V 2A charging cable will take approximately 2 hours to fully charge the power bank. Using a 5V 1A charging cable will take approximately 4 hours. The power bank is fully charged when all four indicators remain solid.

Warm Tips

For first-time use, we recommend charging the power bank for 6 to 8 hours to fully activate it. Please note that the heating area is located at the back of the neck (Length: 11.8 inches / 30cm). Enjoy the freedom of a cordless design: Unlike corded heating pads, our cordless heated scarf can be used anywhere without the need for electricity. It is powered by a 5000mAh power bank (included). Guarding your safety: Unlike traditional large and bulky heating pads, our scarf is designed to be easily wrapped around the neck, providing a perfect fit and allowing you to relax your muscles. The heated scarf is programmed to be used for up to 60 minutes. If you wish to use it again, simply long press the control switch for 3 seconds to reactivate it.

3 heat settings: The low setting (55°C-131°F) provides warmth for 4-6 hours, medium setting (60°C-140°F) provides warmth for 3-4 hours, and the high setting (65°C-149°F) provides warmth for 2-3 hours. The high mode is indicated by a red light, medium mode by a white light, and low mode by a blue light. The scarf does not reach a temperature that can cause burns, but it is warm enough to provide comfort.

Targeted Heat: Our scarf utilizes graphene heating technology and far-infrared rays to promote blood circulation and relax tense muscles. Simply connect the USB to the power bank, then press and hold the button on the scarf for 3 seconds to turn it on. Please note: for the first use, it is recommended to charge the scarf for 4-6 hours until all four indicators stay solid.
